Dr. Anthonius S. Hutabarat, SE., MM.

Dr. Anthonius S. Hutabarat, SE., MM. is an executive trainer, executive educator, and business and digital transformation consultant with more than 25 years of experience across the global technology industry. He combines doctoral research in Strategic Management with leadership experience at Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft, and NetApp to translate strategy into measurable growth through Digital Transformation, AI for Business, and B2B sales leadership. He is a recognized expert in building organizational capabilities and partner ecosystems in Indonesia and the region.

Since 2017, Dr. Anthonius has been a faculty member of the Master of Management program at Binus Business School, teaching Digital Business Management, Strategic Management, and Digital Transformation and Technology Innovation. He supervises graduate research, facilitates business simulations and consulting projects, and links management theory to real business cases from Alibaba, Microsoft, and EMC. He received the Best Teaching Award in the Master of Management program at Binus University for 2024/2025.

His professional career includes Senior Territory Account Manager at Check Point Software Technologies (2025-2026), Regional Channel Manager at SolarWinds (2023-2025), Channel Director at Alibaba Cloud Indonesia (2021-2023), Senior Partner Account Manager at Dell Technologies, Channel Manager at Veritas, Partner Development Manager at Microsoft and NetApp, and Technology Consultant Manager at EMC. He began his career as a systems engineer and technology consultant in 1997.

As a trainer and consultant, he has delivered programs for PT Semen Indonesia (Sales Operation Excellence), PT Pama Persada Nusantara (Leveraging Customer Value), Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (Digital Transformation for Leaders), Astra International (Driving Service Innovation & Design Thinking), PT PP Persero (Change Agent Strategy), Darya Varia (Digital Literacy and Data Skill), Navasena AI (AI Bootcamp & Generative AI), Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Customer Journey Mapping), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (Staff & Officer Development Program). His education includes a Doctor of Strategic Management from Trisakti University (2018-2022), a Master of Management from Mercu Buana University (2014-2016), a Bachelor of Management from the University of Indonesia (1998-2002), and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Indonesia (1993-1997). He also holds the Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (CP.NLP) certification since 2020.
